Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesRenew Has Been By Far The B... — Renew has been by far the best management team to take over since we moved in Dec. 2015. The management and maintenance team definitely had their work cut out for them at first during the change in ownership back in 2021, even with a bumpy start. They have worked hard effectively at turning the property into a more updated community. The efforts from management to try provide connection thru onsite events celebrations has allowed for a large property like Renew Alpine Summit to become more of a community in which people are encouraged to feel more comfortable confident in communicating their needs, concerns or ideas that might help to improve the overall experience living here. I for one appreciate the ability to share and discuss things openly with the management team can say for myself, it’s something I value as a tenant renter. Maintenance, is quick to communicate act to get things done within a timely manner effort to expedite vendor services, is notable a priority.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesIt's Still Early In My Move... — It's still early in my move-in to give an appropriate review, but so far it's been a nice experience. The staff has been welcoming, humorous, and seems understanding. I have met 2 other tenants who live around my unit who were welcoming and very nice. They had nothing negative today other than You will figure out who to associate with and who not to which is simply how life goes in general. Up to this point being so early in the move in though it's been a pleasing experience and im grateful for the opportunity to have the experience to be accepted to live in what I feel will be a humbling experience for my family's future.
