The management and maintenance team definitely had their work cut out for them at first during the change in ownership back in 2021, even with a bumpy start. They have worked hard effectively at turning the property into a more updated community. The efforts from management to try provide connection thru onsite events celebrations has allowed for a large property like Renew Alpine Summit to become more of a community in which people are encouraged to feel more comfortable confident in communicating their needs, concerns or ideas that might help to improve the overall experience living here. I for one appreciate the ability to share and discuss things openly with the management team can say for myself, it’s something I value as a tenant renter. Maintenance, is quick to communicate act to get things done within a timely manner effort to expedite vendor services, is notable a priority.
